By using Edupaddle's investment consultation services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

Service Description

Edupaddle provides professional investment consultation services including:

  • Risk assessment and asset allocation recommendations
  • Financial planning and wealth management guidance

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, analysis, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Edupaddle.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize our proprietary content without written permission.

Payment and Fees

Consultation fees range from $100-$500 per hour based on service complexity and consultant expertise level.

Payment is due upon completion of consultation services. All fees are quoted in US dollars and subject to applicable taxes.

Service Disclaimers

Important Notice

Investment consultations do not guarantee specific returns. All investments carry risk of loss. Past performance does not predict future results.

Limitation of Liability

Edupaddle's liability is limited to the amount paid for consultation services in the preceding 12 months.

Maximum liability shall not exceed R50,000 per incident.

Client Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify Edupaddle against claims arising from their investment decisions or misrepresentation of information.

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the consultation relationship with 30 days written notice.

Upon termination, all confidential information must be returned and ongoing obligations cease.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by South African law. Disputes shall be resolved in Johannesburg courts.

Modifications to Terms

Edupaddle reserves the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice to clients.

Material changes will be communicated via email or website notification.
